For those with a love of Italian Renaissance painters, the Musée Jacquemart - André is a must see.  The collection of paintings that are on show here once belonged to Edouard André and his wife, and there are some 18th Century French artists on display also.  This museum was originally built as a hotel and is open to the public daily.

The last of the Paris art galleries to mention is the American art gallery.  This is where you can see some wonderful original modern paintings.  These paintings are contemporary and specialise in Urban Expressionism.  This museum is open daily, and there is no admission fee.  This museum is very close to the Picasso Museum and is definitely worth a visit if you wish to see some contemporary modern art.
